We can understand your obsessions because we’re afflicted too! - and we appreciate that nothing can be more frustrating than having to wait for the delivery of your stash of goodies once you have placed your order, either because the despatch has been delayed, or the items you ordered are out of stock.  So - we promise you that:

  • any product you can see available for purchase on our website is actually in stock unless otherwise stated  (Pre-Orders for example)
  • in the event that we have made an error on our stock system, we will contact you immediately to let you know.
  • we will despatch your order promptly once payment has been received, usually the same day - but at the absolute latest, the next working day (please note that during THE Sale, despatch times will be longer but we'll keep you updated via the website in these circumstances)
