Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail within 24 hours of receipt of your payment wherever possible. Heavy or high value orders may be sent via an alternative method at our complete discretion. For your peace of mind ALL parcels are insured for loss during transportation.

Faulty or incorrectly shipped items will be exchanged but it is your responsibility to return them to us. Please contact us in advance of returning any goods so that the method of carriage and destination address can be agreed. (We may require that you send the faulty goods direct to the manufacturer).

Replacements will only be dispatched on receipt of the faulty item and your return carriage costs will be refunded in the event that you receive a faulty item or an incorrect item was shipped to you in error.

Any discrepancies or damage to your package should be reported to us within a maximum of 2 working days from receipt. IMPORTANT: In case of damage, please retain all packaging until we confirm that it can be disposed of.  We may require that you send to us photographic evidence of the damage.

Please ensure that the e-mail address and telephone number that you have provided to us are correct, so that in the event that we need to contact you about your order, this can be done in the most efficient manner.
